About Us

QTES is a small Swiss team that builds and runs a trading engine for long-term Bitcoin portfolios. We work from Zürich and look after families who plan in generations.

The Team

We are a small team of people who care about their work and can do many kinds of tasks:

• Zürich office, with some days from home
• Flexible hours

We work calmly and directly. Everyone can question any decision, including ours.

Once a year the whole team meets for a week of planning, workshops and time in the mountains.

Open Positions

We are not hiring for a specific role at the moment.

We welcome open applications from engineers, analysts and client advisers who know Bitcoin well.

Please note that we can only answer applications we take further.

About You

Your age, gender, education and background do not matter to us. What matters is how you work.

What we expect:

• You speak and write English well; German is a plus
• You work on your own and keep your word
• You are curious about Bitcoin and about money in general
• You work well with people
